Metin Kilci
Metin Kilci was born in 1963. He graduated in 1986 from Erciyes University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business. Between 1995-1997, he received his postgraduate degree at Economics Department of Delaware University, USA. Having been appointed in 1987 as the Accounting Supervisor at the Exchange Branch of the Central Bank, he was Planning Expert Assistant and Planning Expert at the State Planning Organization in 1989. He also was Director at the Directorate of Agriculture, Industry and Health of the Economic Cooperation Organization in Iran. Having been assigned in 2003 as Vice-President, and subsequently as President on 16.06.2003 at the Privatization Administration, he was designated on 06.06.2009 as Undersecretary for the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. Kilci also served as Board Chairman at Tekel. He chaired the Appraisals and Bidding Commission at Turk Telekom; and was a Board Member at Erdemir. Kilci is also the author of a book titled “Privatization Practices in Turkey,”
